Nov. 20% post
This month I have been able to accomplish the majority of my goals for this month which were to get the components of my formula and have some testing done to make sure it actually works on a short term basis for muscle percentage gain and having more energy throughout the day. The ingredients I've come up with to add to the drink are: creatine, bananas, honey, cinnamon, coconut, cocoa, and milk. I've tested this on myself and another of my friends and we've come to the conclusion that it works but not as effective as it could be. So my goal for December is to find a way to improve my formula and have it tested or partially at least.
